When I meet other couples, 90% of the time I can tell right away that the female has distain for her own husband. There’s no respect, there’s no affection towards him, there’s no ‘like’.

My wife likes me, she genuinely likes me. She never would ever put me down in public, not even as a joke. Her heart is warm towards me. She cares about my headaches. She’s interested in my likes and dislikes. She wants to know my stories. Everyone in her life can tell. She ACTUALLY likes me.
