🚫First of all IT WAS NOT EASY. 🚫

My greatest motivation was 🩷self-love🩷 and I learned that it is the most important supplement for this journey.

Beyond the concern of looking good was the concern of feeling good.🧠

In the first picture, with a job that caused me anxiety, depression, FRUSTRATION. In the second picture, I have a stable job with a good environment, flexibility. 🌸THINGS THAT WORKED FOR ME🌸

1. Calorie Deficit. It doesn't mean that I stopped eating everything I liked, but I started counting what I ate.

2. 0 sugar. Thank God I'm not a fan of sweets or desserts but I LOVED COCA COLA/PEPSI/FANTA. I replaced sodas with Poppi Soda for a while while I kicked my addiction to these drinks and it worked for me.

3. Exercises. Many people think that to lose weight, you have to go to the gym 7 days a week for at least 2 hours and this is a mistake. The important thing here is the effectiveness of the exercises and the postures.

4. Intermittent Fasting. The most important thing about this is not to have your stomach empty. Drink a lot of water while you don't eat, you can drink tea, maybe some natural juice (I didn't drink juices). Fact: When you break intermittent fasting, it is very important that you do it with proteins and healthy fats and fiber, not with carbohydrates or high-sugar foods.

Last point but not least

5. ALCOHOL. I can't list the damage it does to your body if you consume it daily or regularly. I went almost 6 months without drinking until I met my goal and I incorporated it little by little but honestly, my body didn't miss it. If you love drinking, I can recommend Mocktails recipes that taste great and you will enjoy. This point goes beyond the physical but rather how good you will feel after a time of detox. Believe me, you won't regret it.
