What I work out in

I’m not gonna sit here and say I work out every day because I don’t but I do like going on walks 3 times a day. I also have a small treadmill in my house because I work from home and I have a standup desk.

I get hot very easily so during the summer or even during a winter depending on my body, I like to always wear shorts I like champion shorts and get some from Amazon or Adidas.

I don’t go running, but when I do go on my walks and walk fast pace pace I like wearing my sketcher sneakers. They’re very comfortable and have a good padding on my foot. This is what I like to use when I go on walks or I do small workouts is comfortable for me and I enjoy using it.
