if you want to glow up, you have to have a vision for what that actually looks like and a plan on how to execute that vision. the first step in making this happen is to get clear on the vision.

ask yourself what your dream self looks like. focus on the following categories:

- routines

- style

- environment

your routines will include everything from skin care routine, exercise, diet, beauty routine etc. your style is how you dress and present yourself to the world. and your environment is your living space, your car, the people you surround yourself with, the social media you consume and anything else that you surround yourself with.

get clear on these three topics and then…

➡️ build the picture

literally source pictures of the outfits you’ll wear, the makeup looks you’ll do, and the decor you’ll surround yourself with. save picture to your camera roll and create a vision board of your dream self. get as specific as possible.

➡️ then source those products

find the clothing pieces in your closet, find them online, or thrift them. figure out what make up products you need and order them. find the decor pieces you’ll need. create a list of all the products and how much they will cost. fit that into your budget each month. this step will take time! in the meantime…

➡️ start being HER

begin building the routines your dream self lives by. when will you workout? pick out your outfits? do your makeup? prep your healthy meals? clean your space? build those things into your daily routine and stick to them!

glowing up into the best version of you will take time. it doesn’t happen overnight, but it won’t happen at all if you don’t take the time to envision what that person even looks like.
