I have been training for 6 years now.🤯 Over these past 6 years my body has changed so much. I’ve gained so much more muscle and lost so much fat. There are 3 main things I did to change my body…
1. High protein diet
I eat 1g of protein per body of bodyweight of meat per day! Also, I make sure to get enough calories to support my workouts and recovery.
2. Resistance training
Weight lifting & Pilates has been my holy grail of training. I lift x4-5/week focusing on a lower/upper body split. My goal in the gym is to always get stronger and that has helped me gain a lot of muscle (and glutes). Pilates I do x2-3/week and it has helped shape & strengthen my core.
3. 10k steps/day
Everyday I make sure to hit my step goal! This is has helped me with mental clarity, digestion, and improved my cardio! I recommend this to EVERYONE.
