How I got a lean stomach in only three steps! No particular order of importance for this tutorial.

1. Deep core workouts

I started doing Pilates deep core workouts at least 2-3 times per week throughout my journey to get leaner. It helped me have better posture, increase my ab definition, and decrease how much my lower stomach would stick out.

2. Unprocessed food diet

I stopped eating almost every processed food. Most of what I eat is whole, single ingredient foods. This allowed me to be in a calorie deficit easily since my body would naturally get full sooner.

3. Gained muscle

Throughout my journey I lifted weights and strength trained to get stronger and gain muscle. Gaining muscles increased my metabolism and allowed me to shed the last 5lbs of fat that I wanted to get rid of.
