BEAUTIFUL RESTAURANT IN SENTOSA - PANAMERICANA

IMO this is one of the top restaurants in Singapore! Nestled within Sentosa, Panamericana hits the spot across all facets - food, ambience, service. EVERYTHING! It’s feels like you’re not even in Singapore. While it’s pricey, you get what you pay for. Here’s what we ordered!

Strong drink! It’s made up of Mount Gay Eclipse Rum, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cointreau, Chocolate, Tropical Fruits. Very enjoyable if you like alcohol!

🍔 Uncle Charles Fried Chicken Sliders [$22]: 5/5

Oh this was PERFECT. Everything in the slider went sooo well together. The sauce was my favourite. The chicken was very tender as well. Wish this was a regular sized burger because I just wanted more!

I usually avoid eating lamb because of the gamey taste but dish was not gamey at all! In fact, the meat was so tender and easy to eat! I loved the flavours - and the slight char as well. The sauce that came with it really complimented the meat as well.

🍗 Colombian Chicken [$30 - Half]: 4.2/5

Loved how tender the chicken was! The sauce that was served with it was very tasty as well. The portion is really quite big, even though it’s half a chicken so recommend sharing it with your friends!

🍬 Churros [free for birthdays]: 5/5

I think these are the best churros i’ve ever had in Singapore. I loved everything about it. The churros were soo perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. It came with a caramel sauce and that was truly soooo sososo good.
