Cheap & healthy lunch in Orchard!

No gatekeeping - my lunch cost only $8.90 including a drink - teh C kosong. I had previously consulted a dietician who recommended the c kosong because I still wanted a healthy version of milk tea instead of going cold turkey and drinking only Teh 0 kosong. 😅

So I pointed out in previous post that I don't eat clean but still have abs.

And this economy rice stall "Isle cafe" Isle Cafe (Cuppage) was recommended by my 2nd personal trainer.

Like I pointed out in another post "fried food are not part of food group", it's possible to eat healthy outside. If you do have cravings for fried food, just eat as per HPB guidelines especially if you want to remain in maintenance calories or calories deficit or if you have potential health issues. 😅

Since I weightlift 3x a week, I opt for more protein - fish and chicken.

The only downside to this economy rice stall is that it gets really crowded during lunch time but still manageable after 1pm. 😅
