If you’re looking for a quick dinner to make that’s healthy & delicious, I cannot recommend this recipe enough! The lemon flavor is so refreshing and everything tastes so fresh and light! We will definitely be making this dish again!
Recipe ⬇️
•Salmon Fillets
•2 Tbsp Olive Oil
•Lemon Zest
•2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
•1/3 cup plain greek yogurt
•3 Tbsp mayonnaise
•1 Tbsp minced garlic
•3 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
•2 Tbsp milk
•1/2 tsp honey
•Salt/Pepper to taste
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, & lemon zest
3. Grease baking dish and place salmon fillets inside
4. Drizzle lemon mixture on top of fillets & spread evenly, season with salt & pepper
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes depending on fillet size. (145 degrees F internal temp)
6. While baking, mix together yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic, fresh dill, honey, & milk. (Use the milk to reach desired consistency) I also added a splash of lemon juice to give extra lemon flavor to the dish! 🍋
7. Top salmon with creamy dill sauce & enjoy!
