The Chicken & Pasta:
4 chicken breast
Cube of Chicken Bouillon
One bell pepper
1 lb pasta
1-3 tbsp of butter
1. Dice your bell pepper and set aside. Season chicken breast (I used Lawry’s, Adobo w/ Cumin, Cumin, Cayenne, & Italian seasoning). Heat a small skillet with oil and brown your chicken. Add bell peppers to start cooking them down.
2. Bring pasta water to a boil with the cube of bouillon & 1 tbsp of butter!
3. You’re only searing the outside of the chicken breast, so remove them from skillet and chop into bite size pieces. Add back to bell peppers in skillet to cook through. Your pasta should be boiling by now.
Yes this is a two part recipe because lemon8’s pic limit. We’re making sauce next! This whole recipe took me less than an hour and was so so so yummy.
