Have you been to Moment Coffee in Mapo, Seoul?
It is well-known for its Yaki Pan Set (KRW13,000, ~USD9.17), which consists of 8 mini slices of bread, assorted toppings such as jam, butter and whipped cream and a soft boil egg.
It comes with a little stove and grill so that you can toast your bread to your preference at your own table!
It was such a fun experience I wanted to come replicate it at home! So I got these mini loaf bread moulds from Seoul and made mini loaf bread at home!

325g Bread Flour
140g Milk
45g Sugar
2 Egg Yolks
50g Butter
4g Salt
5g Instant Yeast

β‘οΈ Mix everything except butter in a stand mixer until the dough is strong and fairly elastic.
β‘οΈ Add butter in small cubes to the dough gradually and knead until window-pane stage.
β‘οΈ Proof the dough until double.
β‘οΈ Divide the dough into equal portions of your desired size and roll into smooth balls.
Cover and rest for 15min.
β‘οΈ Degas and place 2 dough balls in each mini mould
β‘οΈ Proof the dough until double.
β‘οΈ Brush with egg wash (optional)
β‘οΈ Preheat and bake at 180C for ~ 23min.
