I LOVE to cook, but it HAS TO BE under 30 minutes or I won't cook it. Anyone else?!
I typically just eat scrambled eggs, bacon, & toast. But, I've been trying out ways to add new flavors while still have a very nourishing meal. I made this breakfast sandwich & it was ✨️chefs kiss✨️
Ingredients:
2 slices thin sliced Dave's Killer White Bread
2 farm fresh eggs
fresh made guacamole
homemade pickled onions
organic spring mixed greens
organic tomato slice
2 slice uncured turkey bacon
The star of the show really is the pickled onions. They are sweet & tangy and add that new flavor & texture I was looking for. They are so easy to make! You can use any recipe online. If it calls for ACV, they will be more tangy & vinegary. If it uses just white vinegar, they will be more sweet & mild. I used a white vinegar recipe to make mine, but I'm thinking I need to make another batch with ACV to have both on hand in my fridge.
Fry your eggs & turkey bacon to your liking & pop your bread in a toaster, then assemble it all together!
