Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 large flour tortillas
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup lettuce, shredded
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, and add the minced garlic. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add the chicken breasts to the skillet, sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for 6-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked through. Remove from heat and slice the chicken into thin strips.
In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and garlic powder to create a garlic sauce.
Place the tortillas on a flat surface. Spread a spoonful of garlic sauce in the center of each tortilla.
Add shredded lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and sliced chicken on top of the sauce. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly on each wrap.
Roll the tortillas tightly around the filling and place them seam-side down on a baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the wraps are golden brown.
Serve immediately while warm and enjoy your cheesy garlic chicken wraps!
