I remember having problems sleeping before the first day of school since primary school. Always excited with a millions thoughts of what’s to come the next day, different scenarios playing out in my head, similar to what happened in inside out (for those who watched 🤔)
As someone who suffers from being unable to sleep for the longest time, I have tried many many solutions. These are the few that I saw online and tried to implement in my night to night life hahaha
But to be honest it’s quite hard to follow this to the letter.
1. No phone , means no doom scrolling
2. Aircon is my life saver on many nights, although I try to depend on the fan only
3. Starting my gymming sessions definitely helped me to feel more tired , at least physically.
4. Someone just a cup of hot water helps soothes the stomach as well.
5. This is the one that I have the hardestttttt time with hahaha bad habits die hard 🥹
