Why you should show up as you are 🌻

I don’t post body photos bc I feel confident in my body. I post them because the more I see normal human bodies online, the more the image of what my body “should” look like will shift.

If I saw my body type on tv shows and magazines growing up, I’d never question what I look like. I never had a flat stomach and I never ever will. My arms aren’t stick thin and cute and dainty, I have the worlds flattest butt and I’m not even 5 feet tall.

I appreciate the people that show up online as they are even if it’s not the “ideal” body shape that we are constantly shown. Because of them, my idea of beautiful is expanding and shifting💘
