Spacious and aesthetic vegetarian cafe in the west

🍃 Plant-based / Vegetarian / Allium-free🍃

Recently visited this vegetarian cafe in the west thats located at a HDB and was pleasantly surprised at how nice the space was! Pretty big and the decor is quite aesthetic✨

They have quite a few local/asian-fusion dishes such as laksa, ramen, japanese bentos, sliced fish soup etc. Really wanted to try their laksa which i saw posts about, but i guess its a popular dish as it was already sold out☹️

Hence we got the following dishes instead:

I liked the teriyaki chicken rice bowl! The “chicken” was well cooked, with the exterior lightly crisp. The rice texture was very nice, those that you can really feel the al dente bite of individual grains, and flavoured well with teriyaki sauce too.

The katsu was nice and crispy, but the curry was too watered-down for my liking.

If you love sweet potato, then you must try the Vietnamese Spring Rolls. The exterior is super crispy, and within it is a generous amount of sweet ptt that was bursting with natural sweetness.
