Cafes in JB worth visiting ✨

Here are a list of a mixture of cafes and restaurants in JB worth visiting, my honest review on them as well as their ratings📈

So do save this post if you are dropping by JB be it to add on to your cafe hopping list or to enhance your itinerary 💕

1. Flowers in the window 💐

I went here in 2023, I really liked the ambience and the overall look of the cafe! I’m pretty sure this cafe is well known to many and is such a pretty instagrammable cafe featuring two levels. It gives off vintage and homey vibes in the cafe. I would definitely recommend this cafe for anyone who’s into cafe hopping, but the food was okay, not that memorable for me.

2. JWC 🏭

I have gone on repeated visits to this cafe. I really liked the industrial concept of this cafe, it’s definitely worth a visit and it’s rly instagrammable. Me and hubby really liked the coffee here, in the slides I have here it shows that we ordered some fries and cake for the second visit. I would say the food here is amazing, and I would definitely visit again.

3. Seven Oaks Bakery Cafe 🥧🎂

I happened to discover this cafe along the street of Ritzton hotel, and it does not disappoint, I swear. The cafe is a really big standalone cafe and it features two levels. When we saw the pricing it was on the pricier side but we decided to try some of the lunch menu anyways. I was so shook by how amazing the salmon fish tastes, it was so beautifully cooked I have no words. There’s pastries here as well, I think for the first visit that’s what we got although I forgot how it tastes like (pretty sure my hubby said it was great). Second visit was as per the slide. I have to say the food here is AMAZING, on top of the ambience of the cafe!!

4. Space cafe ☕️

This cafe only sells coffee and beverages mostly, it’s near KSL and it’s worth a visit just for the amazing coffee and mocha. I really like the homey vibes of this cafe as well.

5. Soil @ Spring Labs 🍵🥐

This is one of the top instagrammable cafes that singaporeans like to go to as well, and if you’re wondering if this cafe is worth a visit, I would say yes, however the cafe is always packed so do bear in mind that you may or may not get the best seats in the cafe. Coffee and pastries here are top notch tho. I would visit the cafe again, if it’s not too packed.

6. Ikhwan Coffee ☕️

Now the list is moving down to local cafes, the first 5 above pretty much sums up the popular cafes. But this cafe is so underrated! It is local however the cafe is definitely worth a visit if you’re looking to explore different feels of JB cafes, and the coffee here is not bad! Do request for less sweet if you can’t tolerate the sugar level.

7. Zaituna 🍕🧆

This is hard for me to ungatekeep because this is my favourite restaurant to go to whenever I head to JB. It is a Turkish restaurant and it’s sooo worth it because it is affordable of course, but also the food is top notch and I don’t think anything can top this? Although, do visit only if you like Turkish food. The restaurant has authentic Turkish vibes, from the seats and the decor.

Rating: 12/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

8. The rud cafe 🍝

I went here for my Bachelorette, it is super near a go kart track I believe, which we went for afterwards, and that makes this cafe very unique. 💯 I really liked the industrial look of this cafe (I live for cafes like this) and the food (I ordered pasta) was amazing.

9. Menate 🥩

Lastly, I would like to recommend a steak house restaurant, this restaurant is obviously on the pricier side but it’s super worth it, the steak is amazing and me and hubby are so obsessed with their Mac and cheese.
