Hey friends! 🌟

As moms, we’re always running around all day long, juggling a million things at once.

Sometimes, we forget to take care of ourselves. For me, that often means forgetting to drink water until I’m completely dehydrated and feeling terrible.

But I found a solution that works for me! I make myself a drink that feels fancy and exciting, and it’s packed with what I need to keep being the parent I want to be.

Here’s my go-to recipe:

° Mix electrolyte powder with a small amount of water (Tip: I use my frother to mix the powder so there are no clumps!)

° Add seltzer. You can use whatever flavor you want but my personal summer favorite is Bellini Bliss from Bubbly 😋

For this one, I also added one of my favorite juices.It’s perfect for moms and anyone who wants a fancy, non-alcoholic drink. Cheers to staying hydrated and feeling good! 💧✨
