Sharing some healthy dieting manners during the fasting month! As it is similar to an intermittent fasting, let’s take the opportunity to keep ourselves fit and healthy.

Just like our usual weight loss plan, a deduction of 300-500kcal is good enough to achieve negative energy balance. While dieting, I always prefer my meal filled with high fibre food! 🥒🥬

By reaching the daily recommended calories intake and take a large protein-based food can help in muscle maintainance 🦾

Remember to always stay hydrated, take a variety of food groups and most importantly do not skip meals! 🍱
