this story mainly tell us about Hassan's life. Each of the early chapter will be flashback about Hassan's family which include Maria (Hassan mom), Nick (Hassan dad) and Hussin which is Hassan's twin. Hussin passed away due to cancer when he was 15 years old (if I'm not mistaken🤔). Besides this novel also tell us more about her friendship which is three musketeers 😂 Hassan, Amy and Nieza. I love their friendship from the beginning of the story which how they're first met at the medical school in Liverpool untill they became the great doctor of oncologist and surgery. This story also tell us about Hassan journey that how he survived by getting through her emotions and feeling after Hussin's passed away. At the end of this chapter the author suddenly mention about Rasyid🤨 but nevermind Rasyid will be on the other book "Will you stay" also highly recommend 🤩👍
