Gastric sleeve journey

Day 3 / Stage 1

The first two days were brutal, pain wise. I would barely be able to drink a sip of any kind of protein shake without throwing up. Water and Chicken broth have been my best friends as of now. 3 more weeks of liquid diet before being able to eat SOFT foods!

I have already lost up to 7 pounds since the surgery, can’t wait to update in a week.
