What My 11 Month Old Ate Today

This is everything my 11 month old ate today if you need some healthy meal inspiration! We’ve been doing baby led weaning since my daughter was 6 months old and I feel it’s really helped her develop a palate for a variety of different foods.

We have our go-to foods and try to incorporate new ones each week. Here’s what she had today:

Breakfast: Organic pasture raised eggs with a fruit and yogurt smoothie (with peanut butter too!)

Lunch: Chicken thigh with asparagus (new food!) and strawberries

Dinner: Destructed taco bowl with grass fed ground beef, rice, black beans, and leftover strawberries from lunch (not pictured)

Bottles: Four 5oz bottles throughout the day
