Bedtime Must Haves for Baby

As moms, we value sleep probably more than anything! These bedtime must haves are non-negotiable for getting my little one to sleep soundly!

• Crib or bassinet: this seems obvious but putting baby in a safe sleep space is the most important!

• Monitor: we have the Nanit monitor, which is nice because we can see baby on our phone wherever we are.

• Sleep sack: putting baby in a sleep sack is safest! We have 2 different sleep sacks that are different tog ratings depending on the season and temperature in her room.

• Bamboo pajamas: we love how breathable bamboo pajamas are. They are also soft and stretchy so she can wear them for several months.

• Sound Machine: we keep the sound machine on low and it helps her know when bedtime is.

• Breathable sheets + mattress: we have the Newton mattress and their sheets, which are both breathable and give us peace of mind!

• Blackout curtains: our baby doesn’t really need the room to be pitch black when she sleeps, however it does help to darken it for her.

• Rocking chair: we love to read books and rock in the chair before bed to get extra snuggles in!
