Crust Base
• 100g Crushed Biscuits

• 7g Gelatin Sheets
• 50g Warm Milk
• Matcha Paste (7g Matcha Powder + a little water)
Topping
• 30g Whipping Cream
• 70g Whipped Cream
• 15g Sugar
• Some Milk
Instructions
1. Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter, press into a mold, and refrigerate.
2. Blend cream cheese, sugar, and whipping cream until smooth.
3. Dissolve softened gelatin sheets in warm milk, then combine with the mixture from step 2.
4. Mix in matcha paste, pour into the crust mold, and freeze for about 4 hours.
5. Mix topping ingredients, add milk to desired consistency, spread on the cake, and garnish with blueberries.
