- GYM EDITION - Come do leg day with me

Leg days are my favorite. Usually leg days takes me an hour today it took me an hour & half. Mostly because I just didn’t want to go to the gym today.

I’m still proud of myself for showing up ! Some days look different than some.

I try to go up on every set to build glutes and it’s been working.
