Transparency post⭐️

The burgers are delicious, they’re my favorite vegan burgers to cook at home.

Transparency: as some of you know, I’m back on my fitness journey and trying to eat healthier overall. I try to go by the 80/20 rule where majority of the food I eat is health”ier” whether that be something that’s actually light and healthy OR im just eating smaller portions then the other 20 is just whatever I want😋. So yes I actually had flamin hot Doritos with these burgers, but at least I had one bun and the other bun less right?! Definitely don’t feel as full as I would have with two buns, I feel just right. I also drink water all day long but I did have two sugary drinks today- Tahitian treat and Mango Minute Maid. It’s also that time of the month so giving myself grace. Overall I’m happy with how I’ve been eating and making little changes and getting back to working out!
