🤸🏻‍♀️🎀 Reformer Pilates @ Ally

Just like many others, I bought the First Timer Trial Package when Ally first launched its reformer class. Since then, I attended 3 classes and have yet use my last credit. I’d no issues securing my spot for the classes though the app did hang on me when each time i make my bookings 🥲

It wasn’t my first time at Ally as I’ve attended one session of spin @ Ally earlier this year in January. I didnt come back since then as the ride classes can get expensive on classpass at 13-16 credits and I’d another fix spin studio which I go to.

Booked myself for 29 July (Tiffany D) class but I messed up and turned up on 30 July instead 🥲 Got real lucky so the reception helped me booked into the class that day as there were empty slots (!!!). She even advised me to write in to get a refund of the class that I missed. I wrote in and the credit was refunded to me out of goodwill in the next 48hours.

Imo, I really like the pilates reformers class here. I havent been to other pilates reformers studio tho (other than STRONG which is a combination). I love the space, pace of the class, overall vibes and most importantly how the instructors conducted the class.

Aesthetics of the place is 💯 as we often see on social media. Plenty of lockers, japan-technology toilet bowls, shower room is spacious, dyson hairdryers, sparkling water, clean space and a cafe all in one. The studio is also conveniently located beside Telok Ayer MRT.

Despite all the over-subscription, service recovery has been quick, they responded really promptly via Whatsapp and Email. Front desk was also always friendly & helpful.

My unpopular opinion is that I do recommend their reformers pilates class!
