“Rejoice in the Lord always [delight, take pleasure in Him]; again I will say, rejoice! Let your gentle spirit [your graciousness, unselfishness, mercy, tolerance, and patience] be known to all people. The Lord is near. Do not be anxious or worried about anything, but in everything [every circumstance and situation] by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, continue to make your [specific] requests known to God. Lord God Almighty, I want to thank you for all that I have from a home, groceries to feed my family, my job, my daughters daycare, electricity, my friends, my healthy body and my familiy’s health. I thank you for continuously giving me patience. Thank you for always being there for me alwaysssss especially when I really can’t rely on anyone. I thank you for keeping you as only source of help & guidance. I thank you for the Holy Spirit and for Jesus dying on the cross for me. I pray that you continue all these great blessings in my life. I don’t ever want to be far from you Lord. May every day I keep you at the top of my list aand may you give

me strength and wisdom and knowledge and keep my diligence high for you & my goals. Lord I want more of you in place on my anxieties. I pray for favor and love. I pray the same for my family. Lord i am noting without you. You are an amazing God. I love you so much. May I live life for you and idolize Jesus’ life here on earth as an example. May you guard my heart and mind away from anything that is not of you. And may the fruits of the spirit fill me daily, hourly, minute by minute. I went to bed last night with a lot of #anxiety . It’s my own fault worrying about stupid things. Sometimes we worry about stuff that if we were just more focused on what God expects out of us then the anxiety wouldn’t come in the first place -sometimes- . But this #bibleverse was all up in my head last night and this morning. My anxiety in my life typically has been situational. Meaning I don’t typically get anxiety out of the blue. I used to when I was younger but that was more so because of my home environment. Anyways everyone is different. I have struggled with depression and that was more situational when I was younger but now it’s more so because I’ve fell out of love with myself a while back around the time I was pregnant. So I’ve just been struggling with that. Knowing that sometimes causes anxiety for me too. It can get pretty bad (not typically) but I wait till mommy mode is done once my daughter is asleep for me to really focus on it later and wait till I have alone time to process my emotions and feelings. Sometimes I don’t even try to process them because I just want to give it to God immediately!!! We have to remember God doesn’t actually expect us to figure everything out alone. In fact, He doesn’t even want us to do that lol. Ofc he wants us to be able to use wisdom when we need to but when it comes to things that are completely out of our control give it a rest and give it awayyyy to Him! He got that 😎

So for some #encouragement whatever your going through remember you are not alone. Not bc others know how you feel but bc He is waiting for us to ask Him for his assistance. I know it’s hard. But not too hard for Him. And don’t you want relief??! Just do it! 🥰 trust Him for it!
