everything you need for a smooth period 🌸

As a girly who works in an office, it is absolutely essential that I bring a “period kit” with me to work. I use a little pouch from ipsy that fits perfectly into my work purse.

My period pouch includes:

- pads, tampons, and pantyliners

- pain medication - aleve is typically my go-to

- a roll on essential oil blend made to relieve cramps - I got mine from amazon and I actually think it helps! I just roll it on my lower tummy whenever I get cramps and let it soak in.

On the last slide, I also included other essentials you may want to include in your period kit. Being prepared when Aunt Flow comes to visit is an absolute must <3
