this app helps me romanticize my life📷💞

In the featured pictures, it was a nice 70 degree day in November (which rarely happens here!) so I decided to step outside into the sunshine while my husband watered the grass. I also brought out a bag of sour patch kids (one of my favorite candies). To most, this moment would not have been memorable. But, because I took the time to take the film photos and enjoy the moment, I get to look back at these pictures with fondness.

Lately, I’ve been much more intentional with romanticizing my life. This can be done in many different ways:

1. living in the moment

2. slowing down

3. taking time away from your phone

4. celebrating the little wins

5. noticing the small things

and many more.

One of the things that’s helped me is using this film app. Another girl told me about it awhile ago and I’ve been loving it. It allows you to take photos in the app that automatically look like film. And you can save it right to your camera roll.

Honestly, romanticizing my life is all about the little things. When I take the photos or even look back at them, it brings me joy.
