Guys help

Guys help I ordered a lot of stuff from ediket last month they said it should take only 7-9 days to arrive but it has been over a month!!! They sent me this email this morning at five AM!!! I checked in front of my house and in my mail box but there is nothing!!! I tried emailing them multiple times in the past month but they will not answer!! What should I do now I spent a lot of money over $100 😱#help
