A tropical twist on your regular BBQ

her recipe calls for chicken thighs but I cubed up tenderloin at home. I can’t wait to try this on a grill this summer ☀️

Marinade for 4 pounds of chicken :

1/2 cup light brown sugar

1/2 cup ketchup

1 cup canned pineapple juice

1/2 soy sauce ( I used low sodium )

2 tbsp worcestershire sauce

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1/2 tsp ginger

4 cloves garlic minced
