i haven’t stopped using mine ever since i got it and it’s because it’s helped my typing experience more comfortable, less strenuous and also adds to the aesthetic of my desk! since it props up your wrist to a more comfortable angel for typing, i find that i can type for longer periods and the position of typing is also more intuitive in general.
