Rolling Good Time! Make Your DIY Spring Rolls 😋

I’ve been a huge fan of Vietnamese cuisine and this time round I finally had the chance to make my own spring rolls! I was exploring Hanoi #WithMyBesties and we chanced upon this family owned restaurant in the heart of Hanoi Old Quarters. 😊

We ordered a chicken salad (tasted divine 😋) and grilled spring rolls. The lady boss was super friendly and nice, she showed us how to make our own DIY spring rolls! We got to choose the amount of ingredients we wanted in each and at had fun rolling spring rolls for each other ☺️ Pro-tip: Make sure the plate is not wet otherwise the rice paper will tear.
