Hot Worx?

I started working out last year around April. While I got discouraged because I did not see results I still stuck with it and continued. Here is an 11 month difference. From August to now, July. Two sessions that I love is hot thunder and hot cycle. I believe they both are full body workouts. I do go to the gym and lift also! I am focusing more now on toning my arms, back and stomach.
