Nimmies, Is it worth it?

Went for a short JB day trip, and decided to pop by Nimmies Pastry Cafe before going to Bangkok Spa (which is just opp the main road) for a massage…

I arrived at the cafe at ard 3pm, so instead of getting their pastries for tea (which I should have tried since it’s a pastry cafe), I got one of their signature pasta and a drink.

1) Chilli Salted Egg Soft Shell Crab Pasta, RM42 (~$12.70SGD) For this price, it was considerably affordable. However, the salted egg sauce got abit too jelat at the end and I couldn’t finish the last few mouths of the pasta.

2) Spanish Buttercream Latte, RM18 (~$5.45SGD)

It was not too bad, suitable for people who like sweet coffee!!

Rating: 4/ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Food - ❌ Mains was “okay only” in my opinion, but the pastries at the counter actually look really good! Would come back again next time if I am in the area.

Drinks - ✅ There was a lot of options to choose from, which looks good too! I had a hard time deciding which drink tbh.

Price - ✅ Definitely much cheaper than SG. ~ $20SGD for 1 main + 1 drink (SG could never lol 😅)

Ambience - ✅ Spacious seating. Aesthetic and cozy vibes.

Environment- ✅ Wifi available. Don’t think there are plugs around, but is still a conducive place to chill and do some work. Just make sure ur devices are well charged!
