Hey girls! Qina’s back and this time, I’ll be sharing with you a 1 min exercise. This exercise is targeted to get a slim waist in just 1 min, perfect for lazies like us :P. It’s seriously super easy and so fast. It won’t even make you feel tired or dreadful like any other exercises or workout out there. Best part? It works like a charm when you do it right. While it gives you a slim waist, there are also other benefits in doing this exercise that can help your body health overall. Let’s get into it, shall we?

Benefits of the exercise :

👉🏻 It improves body posture

👉🏻 It helps reduce back pain

👉🏻 It helps tone and flatten stomach

How do I do it?

1️⃣ Stand up straight and make sure your back is fully straight and not slumped.

2️⃣ Slowly breath in air for 5 seconds through your nose.

3️⃣ Slowly exhale air for 5 seconds through your mouth while sucking in your belly inward.

4️⃣ Hold the position for 20 seconds and breath as normal. It is important that you do not hold your breath in this step.

5️⃣ Then relax your stomach again.

That counts as 1 rep. Repeat 3 reps per day.
