Breast, bottle, or both?

the number one question i get is “how are you feeding the twins?” and after lots of sweat, tears, head scratching, and trial and error we finally figured it out! if having a strict feeding schedule brings you joy then by all means make that happen. but if not, then take a step back and listen to the babies’ cues. if tandem nursing is challenging, then nurse one baby and you or someone else give a bottle to the other. and by all means, if you need to give a bottle of formula, that's okay too! at the end of the day, if you are doing what feels right in your gut, then you are doing all the right things. you’ve got this! xx #twinpregnancy #twinlife
