Alright now here me out!! I know we're use to Buttermilk Biscuits, but have y'all tried a Savory White Cheddar & Roasted Garlic Buttermilk Biscuit?? I promise you won't be able to eat just one of these especially if you pair them with a savory dinner!

Recipe:

Ingredients:

6 Cloves of Roasted Garlic

1 1/2 Cups Sharp White Cheddar Cheese or Sharp Cheddar Cheese

1 lb Bread flour

1 lb 8 oz Pastry flour

.8 oz Salt

2.5 oz Baking powder

14 oz Butter

1 lb 12.2 oz Buttermilk

2 oz Sugar

Procedure:

1. Sift dry ingredients together.

2. Rub in butter until resembles cornmeal.

3. Add buttermilk and mix with spatula until just combined.

4. Bring dough to bench with flour, fold approximately 12 times.

5. Rest dough with damp cloth covering for 10-15 minutes.

6. Roll dough to approximately ½ to ¾ inch thick and cut biscuits

7. Place on sheet tray with parchment right next to each other.

8. Egg wash tops and bake at 425 °F until golden brown.
