The recipe:
- 1 lemon, juiced
- ½ cup apple juice or orange juice, 100% fruit juice
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp stevia
- 1-liter coconut water, unsweetened
Directions:
1. Wash lemon. Juice the lemon in a separate bowl or directly into the decanter.
2. In a medium-sized decanter, add the lemon juice, fruit juice, stevia, and sea salt.
3. Last, add the coconut water and stir together.
An electrolyte drink can be especially helpful if you suffer from nausea/vomiting, but really increasing your electrolyte intake throughout pregnancy is a good idea for everyone.
