Do the L.E.A.P. method!

L- Listen 🎧

Before reading, listen to a brief summary or overview of the topic. This primes your brain for the material.

E- Engage 🏃‍♀️

As you read, engage actively by making notes on the side in a way how you understood it.

A- Apply ✍️

Apply the material by creating your own example that uses the concepts you've just read.

P- Produce 💭

Produce a creative output based on the material. This could be a mind map, a drawing, a brief essay, or a presentation summarizing the key points (what fits best depending on what you're learning, as long as you are able to prove you've understood the material fully with no help).
