This is the 1st time I actually stuck to my goals my start weight was 229 I am now 212 I really cut back on my drinking a lot I use to buy a bottle of Remy EVERY weekend I’ve only bought a bottle of Remy twice this year I go to the gym Monday-Friday before work and after work I walk 2-3 miles I also eat healthy and cut back on sugars I use to be self motivated but not self disciplined I can honestly say I am now self motivated & self disciplined I am eager to see what results will come in the next 6 months COME JOIN DEATH ROW BOO 💪🏾
