Ingredient 1 & Portion: Base
Blended Oats,
great yogurt,
chocolate protein powder,
pure coco,
honey
Ingredient 2 & Portion: Filling/frosting
Yogurt,
pure coco,
honey,
melted sugar free chocolate chips
Detailed Steps:
1. Add 1 cup blended oats and 1/2 cup yogurt (if to runny add more yogurt or to think add more oats)
2. Add 4 scoops of protein powder, 2 tblof pure coco powder, and 1-3 tbl of honey(depends on how strong your protein powder is)
3. Roll dough out and cut into pop tart shape
4. Make filling/frosting
5. Add 1 scoop of frosting and place in the middle of pop tart base(DONT ADD TO MUCH, should only be in the middle), brush egg on sides then take another pop tart base and place on top, push all sides down with a fork
6. Bake in the oven until golden brown on the sides
7. Let them cool (DONT SKIP!)
8. After pop tarts are cool frost the filling/frosting on top add sprinkles or any topping you won’t!
