I was in Jurong Point shopping with my family and we chanced upon this cafe named Brio that is branded as an European street food restaurant and best part is our muslim friends can try it too because they are MUIS halal certifiedπ«Ά
Their menu was extensive, ranging from pizza to pasta and even meats so thereβs definitely something for everyone!
We were in the mood for pastas so we each got one to try~ (PORTION WAS HUGE)
Beef ragout tagliatelle (8/10)
Slow-braised hand-pulled beef brisket was used here and it was tender. Goes well with the tagliatelle which is abit chewy in texture.
Gamberetti pesto spaghetti (6.5/10)
This was pretty a miss for me because I found it to be too oily and drying. The flavour is pretty flat too. Prawns are fresh and yummy though!
Seafood cataplana linguine (8.5/10)
A variety of seafood was given and they were fresh and yummy. The linguine here is on the more broth-y side but very flavourful overall.
Vongolo alle spaghetti (8/10)
Fresh clams with chili padi to give it some spice. Pretty decent plate of vongolo spaghetti!
Overall, the pastas are generally pretty good and I would definitely go for the seafood ones (especially for seafood lovers!!!) π«Ά Save this and try it!!
