REAL INTERNSHIP INTERVIEW QUESTIONS

As originally an intern who has transitioned into a full time employee at the company I work for, I have recently conducted my first intern interview from the other side.. the interviewer rather than the interviewee! These were some of the questions that we had prepared to ask the potential candidate. Notice that most are behavioral and personal questions as intern level candidates may not have any prior professional experience.
