A sweet and refreshing Fruit Pizza is exactly what you need to beat the summer heat! It is made of gluten-free cauliflower crust slathered with nut butter and loaded with your favorite summer fruits. This easy-to-make snack takes on triple duty as a healthy breakfast, refreshing afternoon snack, or sweet dessert!

Ingredients:

▢1 Pizza Crust

▢¾ to 1 cup nut butter or seed butter

▢2 pieces bananas sliced

▢½ cup strawberries sliced

▢½ cup blueberries

▢½ cup raspberries

▢Vegan melted chocolate drizzled (optional)

Instructions:

Cook pizza crust according to package instructions. Allow to cool completely.

Evenly spread nut or seed cutter onto the Oggi’s Cauliflower Pizza Crust.
