make a blueberry cobbler iced latte with me 💙🫐

i came up with this idea while browsing syrups and it was so good, i have to share!

this was also my first time trying the nescafé gold, and i've gotta say— it's now what i'm going to use for all my future coffees! to me, it had little bitterness, and was actually pretty sweet on its own. and, a plus is how finely ground it is. a lot of instant coffees are chunky and it's hard to blend it smoothly. this made a perfect espresso shot!

to hot water, i added the instant coffee and brown sugar and used a hand blender to create my shots. i added the blueberry syrup (that i got from harris teeter!) to the cup and swirled it with the espresso shot. i definitely should've added more though! then added milk (i used 2%, but i bet this would be good with oat or almond!) and ice. then blended up some sweet cream to make a foam and topped with cinnamon!

definitely a solid at home latte, but i personally will add more blueberry next time!
