💫 Epiduo: The Best Acne Treatment 💫

I recently started using Epiduo and I feel like it has really been making a difference in my spots! It contains 0.1% adapalene and 2.5% benzoyl peroxide. Adapalene is a retinoid that is great for treating acne. Benzoyl peroxide reduces acne-causing bacteria and I find that it has been particularly helpful for my deep spots that never come to a head.

This is a prescription only product and if you do choose to get it your doctor would advise you on how to use it. I personally use it day and night. Adapalene is one of the few retinoids that are sun safe so no worries about using it in the morning!

If you don't want to see a doctor to purchase this, you can definitely try Differin and a separate benzoyl peroxide product such as Benzac. Both Differin and Benzac can be bought online without a prescription.
