TRAVEL TIPS | Sleeping on a Plane

I have NEVER been able to sit still on a plane longer than 2 hours , let alone SLEEP on a plane.

It was my first time traveling to Europe and I bought two highly rated items because I NEEDED to sleep on this 10 hour flight. Or I might have gone crazy from sitting in a tiny seat for that long.

I tried both the TRTL and this sleeping mask that attaches to the plane seat.

TRTL: has great reviews but did not work for me at all. Felt like I had to hold my head up which made me unable to fall asleep.

Head mask: 10/10 saved me. Put it on and felt so relaxed. Didn’t have to hold my head up and the pressure of the mask on my face really relaxed me.

NOTES: I did take a NyQuil that also helped me sleep, but I have taken these in the past and never been able to sleep more that 15 min.
