DELICIOUS and SIMPLE Tofu meat recipe!

Ingredients required:

-Minced Meat

-Shitake Mushrooms

-Silken Tofu

-1 clove of minced garlic

-Half an onion (minced)

-1- 2 tbsp light soy sauce

-1 tbsp dark soy sauce

-1 tbsp oyster sauce

-Dash of white pepper

-Corn Starch

Simple steps:

1. Steam silken tofu for 10-15mins

2. Cook white rice in the meantime

3. In a pan, fry the minced garlic and onion.

4. Add in the mushrooms and minced meat to stir fry

5. Add in the sauces (1- 2 tbsp light soy sauce + 1 tbsp dark soy sauce + 1 tbsp oyster sauce + Dash of white pepper) and simmer for 10-15mins

6. In a bowl, add 1 tbsp of water to 2 tbsp of corn starch. Add this bit by bit into the meat mixture sauce

7. Pour the meat mixture sauce over the silken tofu and the meal is READY!
